ETC Reporter is an application relying on DISP® software suite developed by HITEC Luxembourg SA for ETC organisation.

Its aim is to report information on site to your head-quarter, keeping a high resilience when no connection is available. The application contains following tools for reporting:

- Location tracking and tracing.

- Localized pictures and videos.

- Map assessment via POI libraries (Ocha, emergency.lu).

- Localized messages.

- Localized alert in case of emergency or entrance in an unsafe zone.

Aplikasi ini dirancang khusus untuk bekerja bahkan dengan koneksi yang buruk atau tidak ada di daerah yang tidak terhubung atau setelah bencana ketika infrastruktur komunikasi dihancurkan. All data are recorded in case the device is off-line and sent automatically when returning on-line.
